TexARTS provides varied and unique opportunities for student performance. We enjoy dedicating time specifically to highlighting our academy students and the hard work they put in at the TexARTS studios. Students enrolled in dance classes participate in our annual Spring recital (a family favorite!), and our acting students enjoy showcases at the close of each semester. We provide optional opportunities for larger-scale performance through TexARTS Youth Ballet Theatre, which performs "The Nutcracker" and one other spring/summer ballet production each year, and an annual full-scale youth musical, which occurs in conjunction with our acclaimed Summer Intensive. Students enrolled in the TexARTS Academy are also considered for youth roles in TexARTS' professional productions, when those roles are called for. TexARTS is often requested to prepare performances for local groups and charitable organizations at galas, festivals and other special events.
