TexARTS Association

TexARTS Association, as a not-for-profit institution, operates under the auspices of a non-paid, all volunteer professional Board of Directors which provides organizational fiduciary and legal oversight and works in conjunction with Executive Staff on strategic planning for both the short and long-term best of the institution. The Board is an active, vital and integral part of the ongoing growth and success of TexARTS, providing and seeking out financial resources, networking with other professionals & donors to advance institutional goals and providing professional expertise particularly in the areas of marketing, fundraising, legal issues, finance and general business management. We welcome new candidates to the Board who can provide knowledge, financial resources and influence on key issues.
