Todd Dellinger

Todd Dellinger (Great Shakes) is Co-founder of TexARTS. Prior to this, Mr. Dellinger served as Executive Director of “A Noise Within” classical repertory theater company in Los Angeles. He is formerly the Executive Director of Elisa Monte Dance in New York – a protégé of the great Martha Graham, whose company and school in Manhattan he also managed. Mr. Dellinger holds a Masters in Arts Management from the American University in Washington, D.C. where he served as a teaching fellow, and has taught Arts Management at Saint Edwards’ University in Austin, where he serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board (College of Humanities). He has served as review panelist for the Los Angeles County Arts Council and the New York City Arts Commission, as a member of the Lakeway Arts Commission (TX) and served as a presenter for the International Conference of Arts Administrators and Dance, USA, among others on the topic of managing the arts and/or arts institutions. Mr. Dellinger has produced numerous critically-acclaimed shows for the institution which he helped found – TexARTS – including “The Music Man” with three-time Tony nominee Rebecca Luker and her Broadway costar Jim Walton; “Big River” with Broadway’s Lawrence Hamilton and “Carousel” with Patrick Cassidy at the Paramount Theater in Austin as well as “Always… Patsy Cline” (one of Austin Chronicle’s top theater picks for 2008) which he also directed and “I’ll Be Seeing You” which he also wrote and directed – as part of TexARTS’ Off Broadway Series at the Kam & James Morris Theater which he created within TexARTS’ Keller Williams Studios in suburban Austin , where he’s also produced several successful youth productions. Mr. Dellinger is a past member of Actors Equity Association, the Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television & Radio Artists.
